Dopravní policie ČR, the Czech public sector organization that monitors road traffic, has announced that it is to create 500 new jobs across Czech Republic in the start 2008. Dopravní policie ČR currently employs 3,500. Management at the organization attribute the extra recruitment to the need to increase safety on Czech roads.
