IBM, the American producer of computers and software and provider of business and IT services, plans to establish an IT and financial services centre in Poland employing some 500 people. The most likely location is either Gdańsk or Szczecin.
According to the information of 20 October 2008, the centre will open in November 2008 in Gdańsk. The centre will employ 100 people till the end of 2008.
