European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Lohr Industrie, a French manufacturer of trains and rolling stock, has announced that it is to create 300 new jobs in Duppigheim. The jobs will be created between January 2008 and December 2009, and follows the firm announcing that it is to develop a new cargo transport linking Biarritz and Lille. The new jobs will be involved in the production of trains and rolling stock. Lohr Industrie employs 1,300 in France.
