Description
Austria's largest private employment agency Trenkwalder, will create 275 jobs in its acquisition of an 80% share in Perles, an industrial assembling company located in St. Gertraut/Frantschach, Carinthia. Both firms agreed that with the planned acquisition the Perles company’s workforce shall expand from currently 225 employees to around 500 within the next three years. The merger was eventually approved on 22 November 2007 by the Federal Competition Authority.
