Description

Velux, a Danish manufacture of roof-mounted windows, has announced that it is to create 250-300 new jobs in Partizánske. This business expansion will involve an investment of approximately SKK 1.3 billion. Production and employment at the site will commence in March 2009. A second phase of investment is planned in the future, but as of October 2007 there is no further information on the employment that this second round of investment will create. The building of the new site started on 13 Mach 2008. Velux management announced that 150-200 new jobs will be created by the end of 2009.
