The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Areva, the French provider of technological solutions for nuclear power generation and partner of Siemens, announced the creation of 200 new jobs in 2007 with the expansion of its operations at its site in Erlangen to profit from the global nuclear energy boom. As of October 2007 there is no information on when employment at the site will commence and when the 200 new jobs will be created by.
