European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Llanera Corporation, a firm that operates in the real estate and construction sector, has announced that three of its subsidiaries are to close with the loss of 236 jobs. The job losses will affect the region of Xátiva, and the job losses are to be implemented from 1st October 2007. The firm attributes the job losses to the decline of the Spanish real estate market.
