European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
ITW Pronovia, a producer of plastic fasteners and other specialized components for the automotive industry and a subsidiary of the multinational group ITW Deltar, is to create 370 new jobs in Velká Bíteš with the expansion of its current site. The firm currently employs 650 at its Velká Bíteš plant, and the expansion will involve the construction of a new production facility at the site. The project will involve an investment of 8 million USD, and is due to be completed by the end of June 2008. ITW Pronovia has operated in Czech Republic since 1992.
