European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Multindustrial, a construction firm that is a part of the Empril group, is to create 250 new jobs in Madalena with the construction of a new business park. The creation of the new jobs follows the firm agreeing a contract worth 15 million EUR with the municipality of Gaia. The firm estimates that 60 new jobs will be created initially, and that a total of 250 new jobs will have been created by the end of March 2009.
