Description
BMW, the German car manufacturer, has announced that it is to create 150 new jobs at its site in Leipzig. The firm plans to construct a new press shop at the site that will also include a new production line for components. Work on the new press shop is due to start by the end of 2007 and it is expected that it will be finished by the end of 2009. BMW currently employs 5000 at its Leipzig site.
