European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Mölnlycke Health Care Klinipro, a Swedish-Czech firm that produce surgical instruments, is to create 125 new jobs in Karviná with the expansion of its site in the city. The firm currently employs 485 in Karviná, and plan to develop a new manufacturing unit that will be based at the location of the firm's current operations in Karviná. Production at the new unit is scheduled to commence in April 2008. Mölnlycke Health Care Klinipro has been operating in the Czech Republic since 2002.
