Description
On 29th July 2007, Progroup AG announced that it is to invest 630 million EUR into a new plant in Eisenhüttenstadt that will create employment for 150. The plant will produce corrugated card-board. The plant will begin to be constructed at the beginning of 2008. Production at the site is scheduled to commence in 2009, at the latest. Progroup AG aims to build the biggest card-board production site in Germany, and it is planned that the site will produce approximately 650,000 tonnes of base paper a year.
