Description
Following the merger of Schüco International KG Bielefeld and E.ON AG Düsseldorf to create the new firm Malibu GmbH&Co.KG in which both firms own 50% of the shares, it has been announced that the new firm will create 150 new jobs in Saxony-Anhalt. At Saxony-Anhalt, Malibu will produce thin-layer modules for the production of energy at a new production site. The new workers will begin to be hired in July 2007, and the job creation will be completed by June 2008.
