Irish-American real estate company Quinlan Private Golub, one of the largest real estate groups operating in Central and Eastern Europe, is set to invest 860 million CZK in the construction of a business and commercial complex which is expected to create roughly 2,000 permanent jobs. The centre will be located in the Nové Butovice area of Prague, and is set to be finished in autumn 2008.
