Tech Mahindra, an Indian IT firm, is to create 200 new jobs in Belfast when it opens a new office in the city. The firm provides IT support to customers worldwide. The multi-million pound investment is being backed by Invest Northern Ireland. Leslie Morrison, chief executive of Invest NI, said it would bring to 2,500 the number of people employed by Indian companies in Northern Ireland. 'This is another landmark investment, the fourth by an Indian Technology company in Northern Ireland,' Mr Morrison. Sanjay Kalra of Tech Mahindra said: 'Our growth requires high class talent with the right attitude and a good work ethic.'
