European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Delphi Co., a U.S based firm that supplies mobile electronics and transportation systems, is to create 140 new jobs at its Szombathely plant. The Szombathely site currently employs 200, and manufactures electronic accessories for motor vehicles. The expansion of the Szombathely plant will involve an investment of 6 million EUR and the new employees are expected to be recruited by the start of 2008.
