Valeo, the international designer, producer, and distributor of automobile components and systems, will enlarge its factory in Czechowice-Dziedzice and hire 500 persons to work there. The new plant will produce starters, generators, and compressors for air conditioning systems. Valeo already carries on production operations in Czechowice-Dziedzice, Skawina (heat converters for automobiles and windshield wipers), Tychy (transverse modules and cooling modules), and Chrzanów (lighting components).
