Description
Palink, a food retailer in Lithuania, is to establish a new logistic centre in Panevezys, with the creation of 300 new jobs. Palink is one of the biggest food retailers in Lithuania, and is known as the retail chain Iki. The new logistics centre in Panevezys will distribute goods and products to supermarkets in different regions of Lithuania. The centre will start work at the beginning of 2009.
There are currently 201 stores that belong to Palink. In 2005 Palink started operating in Latvia, and is currently engaged in an intense expansion of its network of stores.
