Description
Maltacom Dial-It call centre, the largest call centre in Malta, forms part of the Maltacom Group. The company is aiming to expand its operations. Maltacom Dial-It, launched as Telepage Ltd, started out with 40 employees and expanded its workforce to a total of 530 in the past seven years. It is envisaged that the company will more than double its workforce within the next few months, reaching a total of 1,200 employees. The management's call centre aims to offer flexible working conditions to target female workforce.
