European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
UBS, the Swiss investment bank whose Polish presence is, for the moment being, limited to a representative office, is considering establishment of a banking services centre in Kraków. The proposed facility would cost 21 million PLN and employ 250 persons.
