Description
HSBC is to double its workforce reaching a total of 500 full-time employees by the end of this year. The call centre handles calls that cater for the growing customer demand of HSBC's UK telephony based services. Applications for the posts have already been issued. The chief executive of the company said that the centre is providing a 'really good' customer experience, hence the decision to expand. This exercise will make the bank the largest local employer in the financial services sector in Malta.
