Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Arvato Services has strengthened its partnership with SFR Service Client on 23 May 2007 and agreed to take-over one of SFR Service Client call centres in Poitiers employing all 571 staff. Vivendi's mobile telephone unit SFR is planning to transfer two other call centres to another subcontractor Teleperformance. Both agreements will take place between August and December 2007. Arvato Services has agreed to guarantee 571 jobs at the site 'for at least three years'.
