Description
The Korean company SKC Eurodisplay, a member of the SK Group, plans to commence production of backlighting elements for LCD monitors in Dzierzoniów, in the Wałbrzych Special Economic Area. Towards this end, the company will invest at least 52.8 million PLN and hire approximately 100 employees. Buyers of the new factory’s output will include the LG group companies operating in Kobierzyce. The SK Group has a global workforce of over 38,000; it is active in the electronics, chemical, telecommunications, and IT industries.
