European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Prologis, an American construction company active in the promotion of logistic platforms and the world's largest owner, manager and developer of distribution facilities, announced on 15 May 2007 its plans to build a business park covering 50,000 square metres at Séverac le Château, in Aveyron, south of France. The total investment, estimated at 25 million Euros, is expected to create 300 jobs between January and June 2009.
This project is the fourth one announced by the US company in 2007.
