The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Group JC DECAUX has been awarded the contract by the municipality of Paris to create 1,000 relay stations where citizens will be able to rent bicycles. Vélib', the new subsidiary of JC DECAUX, announced on 24 April 2007 that it will create 400 jobs between May and July 2007. These will include 300 people in charge of maintenance of the stations. The service is expected to start in July 2007.
