European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Prologis, a constructor and promoter of logistic platforms, announced on 24 April 2007 the construction of a business park covering 95,000 square metres at Til-Chatel in the Côte d'Or. The total investment, estimated at 70 million Euros, is expected to create 500 jobs between January 2009 and December 2010. Prologis may later extend the site to 250,000 square metres. This project is the third one announced by the company in 2007.
