European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Hennes&Mauritz (H&M), the Swedish clothing manufacturer and retailer, will establish its first Polish distribution centre in Gądki by Poznań. The centre will supply H&M outlets in Poland and Slovakia, initially employing 300 persons. Hennes&Mauritz, founded in 1947, sells clothes and cosmetics at more than 1,300 stores in 28 countries, employing more than 60,000 persons.
