Google, the company operating the internet search engine, plans to open a research and development centre in Wrocław, hiring 260 persons. Google already operates ten European R&D centres, including locations in Switzerland, Norway, Great Britain, Ireland, and Poland (Cracow). The profile of the Wrocław centre will resemble the one in Dublin.
