Description
Eltrade GmBH - Sofia has won the competition for the Mineral springs buildings in the village of Varvara in Pazardzhik region. The buildings are currently half-ruined and need to be restored or rebuild. The foreseen investment will be 10 million BGN for the first stage, during which, one of the old buildings will be renovated. To attract more investors in the region are the expectations of Mr Nikolay Prodanov, executive director of Eltrade. These preliminary expectations are to be completed within two years. During this period together with the renovation of the Mineral springs a hotel will be built with 150 rooms and small one-floor houses with opened swimming pools. The investor will keep the environmental surrounding as much as possible, said Prodanov. Some 200 new working places will be created at the new SPA centre.
