European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Global residential and commercial real estate company RE/MAX is planning for extensive growth in the Czech real estate market. The firm, possessing 33 offices with 250 brokers in the Czech Republic, intends to open another 30 offices and to hire 500 real estate agents this year (2007). A further expansion is also foreseen within three years when the company expects to have 150 offices and 1,000 employees.
