European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
SQS Vláknová optika (Fibre Optics) is a Czech company specializing in manufacturing of passive optical interconnect modules and optical patchcords. The firm wants to invest several hundred million crowns into the production of optical data networks components (planar waveguide products). The company, located in Nová Paka, is going to increase the current staff of 300 workers by at least 200 people. The new project will need mainly university graduates
