300 new jobs are being created at EDF Energy in Exeter in Devon, it has been announced. The electricity and gas supplier has announced plans to expand its city office, where 1,100 customer service staff are already employed. Steve Hayfield, the account and revenue manager at EDF, says extra customers mean more staff are needed.
'It's growing our staff numbers to meet customer demand, to give them the service they deserve,' he said. EDF Energy is part of the EDF (Electricite de France) Group
