European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
TRW Brakes SAS is a subsidiary company of the American group Blackstone. It announced on 12 March 2007 that its site in Bouzonville, Moselle, specialised in the manufacture of brakes, will witness a cut of 50% of its current workforce in the next three years, implying the loss of 420 jobs.
