European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The company Roulands Rubber in Odense announced on 28 February a closure whereby 169 employees will be made redundant. The closure will take place at the end of 2007. The owner ContiTech, which took over Roulands Rubber in 2006, has informed that the decision is due to deficits in the last couple of years. Roulands Rubber produces V-belts of rubber for industry and agriculture.
