Description
The CEO of LSG Gate Gourmet Paris SAS, a manufacturer of food for air transport, announced on 8 March 2007 at the works council that the company is in bankruptcy. On 31 October 2006, after the merger between LGS Sky Chiefs and Gate Gourmet France, the company announced financial difficulties. 830 employees are expected to lose their jobs between 14 March and 30 April 2007. The employees' hope is that other businesses will show interest in purchasing the company as soon as possible.
