European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The IKEA subsidiary Swedwood is going to build a new plant in Hultsfred, it was announced on 14 February 2007. Some 130 new jobs could be created as a result of the investment of 245 million SEK. The new plant will produce furniture components for IKEA. According to the development plan, the unit could be opened in one year.
