European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Banta, a member of the RR Donnelley corporate group, plans to build a warehouse complex in Łódź. The new facility (employing 100 persons) will house a print shop and a centre from which the company will manage deliveries for Dell, an American company which has already set up operations in Łódź. RR Donnelley is a modern polygraphy operation which provides printing services for publishers, commercial companies, financial institutions, and other customers. The company plans to employ in Łódź 400 persons till the end 2009.
