European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Schneider & Oechsler International SRL announced its intention to complete construction work at the new plant manufacturing parts and accessories for motor vehicles at Lipova (Arad County, West Region) by the end of 2007. The value of the investment is estimated at over EUR 10 million. The new plant will create approximately 200 new jobs in the first stage.
