European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The French group Navimo, which manufactures boat parts and accessories, will complete construction of its first factory in Romania, located in Fagaras (Brasov County, Center Region) by May 2007.
The new plant will employ approximately 30 people, but the number of workers will double over the first year. In the next two years, the French group intends to employ over 200 people at the Fagaras plant.
According to the company’s website the Navimo group has in 2004 a consolidated turnover of EUR 120 million.
