European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
In 1993 Fazer Eesti started its business in Estonia. In 2007 the company deals with catering in 54 locations all over Estonia and prepares takeaways for stores in Tallinn. Its four subunits provide jobs for nearly 1,000 employees. At the beginning of summer 2007 Fazer Eesti plans to employ additional 100 persons to the Estonian biggest service kitchen that will be built in Tänassilma Technological Village.
