US-based software company Red Hat, the world's most trusted provider of Linux and open source technology, is to build a development centre in Brno. The Brno centre would become a globally significant branch of the company and would employ 207 high qualified IT specialists. Investment into the construction, purchase of information technologies and other equipment will exceed EUR 1.3 million.
