Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Japanese company Aisin AI, the global manual transmission and transfers manufacturer, intends to employ roughly 300 people in its new plant to be built in Černovická terasa industrial zone of Brno city. The manufacturing facility is to be opened at the end of 2008 and the full production is to start within 8 years. The annual production capacity is expected to reach 180,000 gear units for passenger cars.
