Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Cooper-Standard Automotive Polska, a manufacturer of rubber and plastic seals for cars, plans to build a new factory in Myślenice, in the Katowice Special Economic Area. In the new plant some 250 people are to be employed. In total, Cooper-Standard's factories (there is another, also in Myślenice, already in operation) will have 819 employees.
