Restructuring events
European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Vips, a Spanish company operating restaurants, has signed an agreement on 30 November 2006 with the National Employment Agency of Morocco to employ 2,000 workers from 2007 to 2011 (400 workers a year).
Before coming to Spain, the workers will take courses on Spanish and on work related skills which they will further develop in the company in Spain.
