Description
Pars nova is one of the most important companies focused on the modernization, repair and production of rail vehicles in the Czech Republic.
In November 2006, it was reported that the company created 109 new jobs since March 2006 and was to hire another 70 workers by the end of 2006.
On 10 May, the company announced it will continue in increasing the number of staff thanks to orders from Czech Railways. It was also reported that last year (2006) the Šumperk-based company hired over 200 workers and plans to take on another 55 people in the course of 2007. Pars nova, currently employing 845 people, is ranking among the largest employers in the region and contributes to reducing unemployment rate through job creation activities.
