European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Twista, the Italian company, will expand its business in Slovakia. The company management decided to invest more than SKK 300 million in order to establish a new plant in industrial park Zeleňákovo located nearby Humené, where the company already operates and produces different fabrics from nylon fibres. Around 250 new jobs will be created in the new production plant in the next five years.
