Description
German group Liebherr, specialist in manufacturing material for mining and civil engineering announced on 8 December 2006 that Liebherr France will create 150 jobs between January and December 2007 in its factory of Colmar (Haut Rhin). The factory Liebherr France, which currently employs 1,450 people, manufactures shovels for the mining industry. The world demand for equipment for the extraction of raw materials is growing strongly. The CEO of the company announced that the factory of Colmar had been selected because of the qualification of its employees.
