Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Morphic Technologies, which is specialised in fuel cells as well as in wind and hydroelectric power technologies, announced on 23 November 2006 that it will invest 117 million SEK, including government assistance of 12 million SEK, in Värmland. Most of the investment will be devoted to the construction of a new unit for the production of components for wind turbines. Some 100 jobs are expected to be created. The situation of the new unit will be decided before Christmas.
