Roig Grupo Corporativo, a company from the region of Valencia (Spain), announced on 24 November 2006 that it will create around 700 direct employments and around 1,500 indirect employments in the Baronía Golf Resort that has planned to build in Estivella, Torres Torres y Algimia de Alfara (Valencia, Spain) if the regional goverment approves its construction. The city council has already approved it.
This resort would consist of three golf courses and 3,600 houses.
