Description
The Smalto group announced on 13 November 2006 that Stéphane Kélian, the manufacturer of luxury footwear, will stop its activity between March and July 2007. As a result of the closure 103 employees will lose their job. This measure responds to the decision of the Smalto group to transfer its activity to subcontractors in Portugal and Spain as a result of the amount of financial debts Stéphane Kélian has incurred in.
